Many people have health problems that have built up over many years, such as:

  • Metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance: a cluster of symptoms including (pre)diabetes, imbalanced blood lipids, elevated triglyceride & glucose index, elevated blood pressure, non-alcoholic fatty liver, etc.
  • Digestive problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, acid reflux, etc.
  • Bone loss
  • Immune problems, autoimmune disease
  • Fatigue, low energy levels
  • Mood problems
  • Cognitive challenges

Since these types of issues can be complex, they take time to tackle. That’s why I have created this more in-depth, 12-hour coaching program.

Change takes time

It’s important that you have time and space in your life to commit to this program. After two initial sessions of 90 minutes we meet for one hour every 1-2 weeks to help you unlearn habits that no longer serve you and replace them with behaviors that support your health. All our meetings take place via video-conferencing (Zoom).

In addition to working on nutritional changes, we will also address non-dietary health factors, including physical activity, sleep, circadian rhythm and stress management. We will tackle these in small steps so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

And if you have a painful history of weight-loss dieting or negative feelings about your body, we’ll also work on healing your relationship with food and with your body.

At each session I will give you a simple assignment to help you practice what we discuss in our sessions. These may include trying new recipes or foods, meal planning, buying a certain type of kitchen equipment, reading an article, watching a video, etc.
