Many of the people I work with have health problems that have built up over many years, such as --

  • Metabolic syndrome (a cluster of symptoms including (pre)diabetes, imbalanced blood lipids, excess visceral fat ("belly fat"), high blood pressure, non-alcoholic fatty liver, gout, sleep apnea, etc.)
  • Digestive problems (irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, acid reflux, etc.)
  • Bone loss
  • Immune problems
  • Fatigue, low energy levels
  • Mood problems
  • Cognitive challenges

Since these types of health problems take a long time to develop, they can't be reversed overnight. That's why I have created this longer, more in-depth coaching program.

We start with a two-hour intake session followed by nine hours of coaching spread out over six months. During this time I will help you unlearn habits that no longer serve you and replace them with behaviors designed to support your health.

Change takes time

It’s important that you have time and space in your life to be able to commit to this program. After the initial two-hour intake session we'll meet every week -- initially for an hour, and eventually for half an hour each week. Weekly meetings are essential to keep momentum going. 

Our meetings take place via video-conferencing (Zoom). During our sessions we work on --

  • Dietary factors that influence your health
  • Digestive health
  • Physical activity
  • Sleep and circadian rhythm
  • Stress management
  • Toxin reduction & avoidance

We'll tackle these health factors one-by-one so that you don't feel overwhelmed. And if you have struggled with food and diets in the past, we'll also work on healing your relationship with food.

At each session I will give you a simple, practical assignment to help you practice what we discuss in our sessions. This may include trying new recipes or foods, meal planning, buying a certain type of kitchen equipment, reading an article, watching a video, etc.
